KHUTA – Job Search Club
Looking for a job isn’t easy, and it’s even harder when you’re doing it alone.
Khuta is here to walk with you, step by step. You’ll get support from mentors and peers, gain confidence, and take practical steps toward real opportunities. You’ll explore your strengths, build your CV, practice interviews, and learn how to connect with employers – all in a safe, engaging environment where others are on the same journey as you.
You will dive into hands-on sessions over the course of 10 days, followed by participatory activities, and real-world experiences like study tours, employer roundtables, and mentorship check-ins throughout the project period – everything you need to start moving forward in your job search. Additionally, 300 participants will have the opportunity to join an apprenticeship to put their new skills into practice.
Khuta – Job Search Club is a project of the International Labour Organization (ILO) under the PROSPECTS partnership, supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and implemented by INJAZ Lebanon.
You can find Khuta in 17 centers across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, and the Bekaa region.

HOW KHUTA WORKS
Here’s what to expect, who can join, and what you’ll do along the way:
Eligibility
- Age: 18–35
- Background: Lebanese & Syrian youth
- Status: unemployed for 6+ months, fresh graduates, or still struggling to land a first job
- Commitment: full 10 days attendance (min. 4 hrs/day) required to graduate & receive a certificate
Activities
- 10-day intensive sessions: goal-setting, CV & cover letter, interviews, communication skills, stress management
- Employer touchpoints: roundtables, study tours, and career fairs
- Mentorship & coaching: regular check-ins to keep you moving forward
- Apprenticeship: hands-on work experience for selected graduates*
Timeline
- Project window: September 2025 – June 2026
- Locations: 17 centers across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, and the Bekaa region
- Cycles: rolling admissions, each edition running for 10 days
